We are small business run by two employees. In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule please contact us ASAP so we can work with you. 

• Any cancellations within 48 hours to your event date, the 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

• If canceled within 5 business days of the event, 50% deposit will be given as credit towards a future event (must be used within one year of the canceled event). 

• Cancellations 5+ business days will have the option to select an open alternate event date OR receive 50% deposit back.
