By accessing or using any of our services—including our indoor golf simulator facility, mobile simulator services, website, online booking system, or any related offerings—you (“you,” “user,” “customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use all SwingBros LLC services safely, responsibly, and in accordance with posted rules, staff instructions, and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates safety rules, behaves irresponsibly, or disrupts other customers.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • You are responsible for showing up on time and staying within your scheduled session.

  • Any damage caused to equipment or property due to misuse may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window (typically 24 hours unless otherwise stated) may qualify for a refund or credit.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited payment.

  • SwingBros LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance, emergencies, or events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Safety & Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

  • Use only clean golf balls, proper footwear, and equipment.

  • Ensure children under 18 are supervised at all times.

  • Avoid any actions that may cause harm to yourself, others, or equipment.

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. Equipment & Facility Use

You are responsible for treating all equipment with care. Damage resulting from misuse, intentional acts, or negligence may result in repair or replacement fees.

SwingBros LLC is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.

6. Mobile Simulator Services

For events using our mobile golf simulator:

  • The customer is responsible for providing adequate space and safe conditions for setup.

  • Weather or unsafe conditions may require cancellation or modification at our discretion.

  • Customer is responsible for any property damage resulting from unsafe setup conditions.

7. Waiver & Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge that golf-related activities involve inherent risk. You agree that SwingBros LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of your participation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

We may collect basic information for scheduling, communication, and transaction purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

9. Changes to These Terms

SwingBros LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
